Selling Hemp that you have grown in the State of Florida is one of the biggest challenges that our extensive network of Growers and Farmers face.  Because of this void that exists, we have carefully cultivated a proprietary platform for even the smallest of Growers to place their satisfactory crops for sale to large scale buyers in the State of Florida, who normally wouldn't even consider a smaller Grower due to small crop yields.  To make this possible though, there are certain requirements that must be met by all Growers who wish to participate in our platform.  Here's a general overview of minimum requirements to participate in our program:

1. You must have a current Hemp Producers License from the Florida Department of Agriculture - Division of Plant Industry.  Your license will be verified against the current database.  
2. You must have a verifiable business entity or d/b/a registered within the State of Florida with the Florida Department of Corporations, or provide a letter that you are a Sole Proprietor or other business structure.
3. You must be able to provide your Internal Revenue Service Employer Identification Number or Tax Payer ID Number (either EIN or TIN).  You must provide this by a signed IRS Form W9 for verification purposes.
4. You must be a Client in Good Standing with Blair Agency.
5. You are required to utilize Blair Agency, Inc. Pre-Harvest Sampling Services for any batch or lot that you intend to list within the program.
6. You will be required to provide proof of Authorization to Harvest from FDACS-DPI.
7. Cured and finished product must be inspected and sampled by an authorized Blair Agency Sampling Agent, with a sample collected and sent for final analysis through a Full Panel Analysis to ensure that the final product is safe for human consumption.
8. All Sample Analysis/Laboratory Testing must be conducted by a Blair Agency authorized Third Party Independent Laboratory.
9. You must supply all information regarding the batch or lot you wish to list, such as planting date, harvest date, genetic identifiers, etc., and must have proper paperwork according to FDACS Standards.

While there is so much more to this program, this should give you an overall idea of what is involved with listing your crop for sale within our service platform.  More details can be provided for interested parties that cover these requirements, as well as the process of how it all works.

As we believe in transparency to ensure clarity, please know that we DO NOT CHARGE YOU to list your finished crop on our platform.  Also, listing your crop is also NOT A GUARANTEE that your crop will be selected for purchase by our Buyers.  It should be viewed as an opportunity to showcase your crop to qualified Buyers, who then make their own decisions.
