We have contracted with two Authorized Laboratories in Florida to provide our Clients with Quality Analytic Testing services. As ISO Accredited Laboratories, they are two of only three Labs in Florida capable to legally test for FDACS Hemp Compliance.

Our Approach
At Blair Agency, we take a holistic approach to Client Service. We function as your one point of contact for the entire process of Hemp Compliance Testing. Simply call to schedule, and we handle the rest for you. Our approach is collaborative, transparent, and results-driven.
How It Works - What to expect
Step One: Call Us
To set up a Compliance Collection, you simply need to call us. We will verify your Florida Hemp Cultivation License against the FDACS current Cultivators List, and gather some basic information from you, such as cultivation address (where we will be sampling), who will meet us there, and how many strains (genetics) you will be having sampled.
Step Two: Watch Your Email
Within an hour, we will send you a written estimate of cost using our Quickbooks System. This estimate is all inclusive. We do not believe in hidden fees, and we value transparency. What you see on the estimate is what you will pay for the services listed. This estimate includes laboratory testing and reporting fees. The only way this number will change is if you request to change the services provided.
Step Three: Accept The Estimate
In the Estimate email, you will have a button to Accept the Estimate. This will automatically transition the Estimate into an Invoice. Once accepted, we will contact you directly to schedule your Compliance Collection.
Step Four: Pay The Invoice
As we use Quickbooks for all of our financial systems, there will be an easy to use link inside the Invoice email that will allow you to pay for your invoice directly online through a secure system. We accept all major credit/bank cards as forms of payment.
It is important to note that all invoices MUST be paid no later than 5:00PM on the DAY BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED COLLECTION! Failure to do so will automatically cancel your scheduled collection. You will be sent an Invoice Reminder the day before your collection if it is not paid prior. Our Field Services Team will not go into the field without payment in full.
Step Five: The Collection
Your Collection will be performed by a trained and experienced sample collector in accordance with FDACS Sample Collection Guidelines. Our Field Collector will text you 30 minutes prior to arrival on site. There must be a Responsible Person present during the entire collection, and to sign paperwork for submission to FDACS. Collections can take from 15 minutes (if you're in a hurry) up to one hour. Please block an hour of time in your schedule for this, just in case we run into any speed bumps.
Step Six: Get Your Results
Once Collection has been completed, your samples will be transported to the Laboratory of your choosing. There, your samples will be testing for Compliance, and the Laboratory will issue a report directly to FDACS Division of Plant Industry for review. Also, you will receive a copy of this report, as well as a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for your Hemp. Once the Laboratory has completed the testing and issued final reports, we then pay the Laboratory for their services out of the Invoice you paid to us.
