As a registered member of the Comanche Tribe, Charisa has spent years working as a Hospitality Specialist, carrying roles such as Executive Casino Host, Professionally Trained Chef, and has owned her own Social Media Marketing business. In keeping with her Hospitality background, and learning about Hemp and what it can do for people, Charisa had the vision to establish a company that cares about the Farmers and Growers, that operates ethically within such a scattered industry, and helps Farmers and Growers succeed in such a difficult space. She brings specialized expertise to Blair Agency as not only the vision of the company, but identifies opportunities for working with industry stakeholders to promote a better and healthier economy for Hemp in the State of Florida. She earned the USDA Certified Hemp Sampling Agent certificate, and works with growers of all sizes to provide guidance on Best Practices, as well as education on legislative issues that affect the industry. She enjoys visiting Clients on site to take Hemp Samples for FDACS Compliance, and her favorite part of the job is the opportunity to connect people for productive and beneficial working relationships.

After 25 years working in the Security and Investigations Industry with 15 of those years being at a corporate level, Jason found his way into the Hemp Industry through being hired as the Director of Corporate Security for a Cannabis Testing Laboratory. There, he enjoyed working in the Hemp side of operations, and eventually became the Head of the Hemp Division as Executive Vice President. When the laboratory closed its doors, Jason kept receiving phone calls from previous Hemp Clients asking where to go for sampling and testing. So, with the innovative idea from Charisa, started Blair Agency as a first of its kind service to the Hemp Industry in Florida. He currently works as the Senior Consultant and Chief Operations Officer for Blair Agency, and is a USDA Certified Hemp Sampling Agent. He primarily works with Florida Hemp Growers of all sizes, helping with guidance in Best Practices, Scheduling Hemp Sample Collections for FDACS Compliance, and running day to day operations for Blair Agency. His favorite part of the job? Visiting all of the farms and grow operations and getting to know each and every Client face to face.
