At Blair Agency, Inc., we take our brokerage business very seriously.  Therefore, we have stringent rules for both Sellers and Buyers, detailed in each respective section of this program.  Absolutely all parties involved on both the Buyer and Seller side are required to produce specific legal documentation, such as, but not limited to, all applicable Business Licenses, Current State and Local Permits, Reseller Certificates, and Tax ID Numbers.  You must be a business in good standing and compliant with all Laws of the State of Florida.  Furthermore, false claims and misrepresentations will not be tolerated from either side, and will result in immediate expulsion from the Brokerage Program.  We are here to help the Hemp Industry in Florida grow, which means all entities and transactions must be 100% legal and compliant.  This is not a place for non-serious parties, but a place for legitimate business to be transacted.
